My Calendula X Honey Scar & Wound Balm combines nature's two most perfect wound and itch ointments with The Butters signature moisture. They last forever, smell great, have very few interactions with other medications. I took that one step further by pairing MI wildflower honey with my own home grown calendula aka marigolds, and home pressed oil. No to mention the base blend of raw bee's wax, cocoa & shea butter, coconut, grapeseed, and olive oils. Together, they create a nourishing, protective, waterproof and breathable barrier that supports skin cell growth and keep infections at bay.

  • 2oz Jar
  • Unscented but smells amazing naturally
  • Great for diabetics
  • Not for parasitic infections
  • Cocoa butter, shea butter, bee's wax, honey, calendula oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, soy oil, and palm oil
  • Use as needed. Follow traditional wound care procedure or doctors orders.
  • Can be used with or without a bandage

Use my Calendula X Honey Scar & Wound Cream on cuts and scrapes of all sorts. It can be used with or in lieu of a bandage depending on the severity of the wound. This is a great tool to take you on trips as it can serve for general skin care and first aid, without the need of water.

It can be used to soothe bug bites, stings, ivy, minor burns, sun burn, dermatitis, and more!

Diabetics will find even more benefits from my Calendula X Honey Scar & Wound Cream! With daily application - more frequent if on dialysis - your wounds will heal faster and with fewer scars. The cream works to build an artificial scab like barrier allowing the delicate materials time to become stronger even when your blood sugar is running high. Although, it should always be your goal to keep it low and stable. I've lost a few family members and it's usually preventable with care.

Possible Interactions:

  • Calendula can increase feelings of drowsiness and may interact with sedative clonazepam (Klonopin), lorazepam (Ativan), phenobarbital (Donnatal), zolpidem (Ambien), etc.
  • Honey has no known medicinal interactions
